I'm happy I've decided to visit this ol' site. It gives me the creeps. It resounds with my tiredness, my frustrations, and my helplessness way back when we were still applicants. And now, like what Edge said, our Batch is starting to reap the wisdom of the Society.
August 3, 2011 marks our second year as members of the prime organization in CDC, the UPLB Development Communicators' Society. In that span of time, lots of things have changed, we have changed, but one thing remained constant: our love, passion to serve, and dedication to the Society.
I'll be forever proud to be a part of this organization, of Batch Signals '08, of undergoing the process that many think is necessary because it's too kupal. Well let me tell you something, that process taught us a lot. Not everything that we want, we could get very easily.
As this is my last year as a resident (hopefully), my passion still grows, as UPLB DevComSoc cradles its members like wine: made better with time.
